: Prior to the commencement of the study, ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the Research Ethics Committee at the Faculty of Dentistry, Alexandria University, Egypt (IRB 00010556–IORG 0008839) after ensuring that all methods are in accordance with the Helsinki declaration. Owing to the fact that there is minimal risk involved in the study of using the saliva samples, informed verbal consent in front of a witness was obtained at the time of collection of the saliva samples declaring that these samples will be used for research purposes.
