: Research projects using only registry data do not need informed consent from individuals in the study cohort, nor ethical approval as per the Danish National Committee on Health Research Ethics. The use of registry data in this study was approved by the Danish Data Protection Agency via the Office of Research and Innovation, University of Copenhagen (case number 514 − 0496/20–300). Data for the present study was used under license from the Danish Health Data Authority. All data was anonymised prior to our receiving it from the Danish Health Data Authority.
