: This study was approved by the "Dental Research Ethics Committee" of the Mansoura University Faculty of Dentistry. Patients were recruited from the orthodontic department's outpatient clinic at Mansoura University's Faculty of Dentistry between September 2022 and January 2024. Each recruited patient signed the informed consent form after learning about the intervention's purpose and associated risks and benefits.The protocol registration and results system (PRS) of ClinicalTrials.gov has this RCT registered under the number NCT06502041.
