: Ethical approval was granted by The Research Ethics Committee (REC), Faculty of Dentistry, Cairo University, reviewed the protocol and approved it on 26/11/2019 with approval number 9–11-19.The trial was discussed with the parent/guardian of each participant and a written informed consent was signed while verbal assent confirmed orally from the child if more than 7 years old.
