: The present study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of The 960th Hospital of the PLA, China (2023040). The participants were provided with all the pertinent information on the study purposes, and their written informed consent was obtained regarding their participation in the study and recording of the interviews. To ensure confidentiality, potentially identifiable information was removed from the transcripts and each participant was assigned a code number. They were further assured that their participation in the study was voluntary and that they could withdraw from the study at any time they wished.
