: The school teachers explained the purpose of the survey to the children and their parents (or guardians) and told them that participation was voluntary, with the opportunity to opt out of the study. Informed consent (assent) was obtained from the children and their parents before they filled the questionnaire. This study was approved by the ethics review board of the University of Toyama and carried out in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations (R2018126). This study followed the Strengthening the Reporting of Observational Studies in Epidemiology (STROBE) guidelines.
