: This study was conducted according to the stipulations of the Helsinki Declaration (2000) and previously approved by the Research Ethics Committee the Gazi University under protocol number (No: GÜDHKAEK.19.06/1). All teeth were extracted due to periodontal reasons and all patients and/or legal guardians gave their written informed consent for the use of their teeth for research purposes and all premolars were irreversibly anonymized immediately after extraction.
