: This study complied with all relevant institutional, national, and international ethical guidelines for the use of animals in research, including those outlined in the Basel Declaration. The animal teeth used in this study were obtained from commercially slaughtered animals that were not owned by any institution, individual, or farm; therefore, informed consent was not applicable. Since the study involved the use of animal by-products rather than direct experimentation on live animals, it was conducted in accordance with ethical regulations. Ethical approval was granted by the Aydın Adnan Menderes University Faculty of Dentistry Non-Interventional Clinical Research Ethics Committee (Protocol No: 2024/10, Decision No: 06).
