: Ethical approval was obtained from the Helsinki Committee of the Palestinian Health Research Council (PHRC/HC/858/21). Moreover, permission was obtained from the General Directorate of Human Resources at MoH to conduct the study in its PHCs (No: 686506). Patients were asked to sign an attached consent prior filling the questionnaire. Legally Authorized Representatives of illiterate participants, literate companions from family members, provided informed consent for the study. Information regarding study'objectives was given to patients. Anonymity and confidentiality and voluntary participation were ensured. Informed consent to participate was obtained from all of the participants in the study. Similar steps were applied to qualitative study. The researcher sought permission from key informants to record interviews. Data are kept, for confidentiality, with second author's closet and will be discarded after two years.
