: The current study was approved by the ethics committee at the school of dentistry, Cairo Univeristy, Egypt. All the included patients’ guardians signd an informed consent to participate in the study. The current study’s protocol and steps were revised by the ethics committee of the faculty of dentistry, Cairo University, Egypt and the approval number is 30-6-24. All the patients were informed about the study details and an informed consent was signed by them before starting the study.
