: Ethics approval and consent to participate procedures followed during the study were in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration, and the study was approved by the Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Health Sciences Ethics Committee (No: 2022 − 902). Furthermore, written informed consent in the patients’ native language for the use of radiographic and biological data in an anonymous manner was obtained from the parents of those children under the age of 16 who were referred to our clinic at the initial dental visit.
