: This prospective, randomized, double-blind clinical trial was approved by the Institutional Research Board (IRB) of the Oncology Center, Mansoura University (Approval Code: R.23.05.2176.R1). Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to their inclusion. The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional research committee and the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments.
