A written informed consent was obtained from each respondent before responses were elicited. Shared confidentiality and privacy were fully guaranteed to all participants. Participation was voluntary and eligible participants were allowed to withdraw from participating in the study at any time during the study with no consequences. The anonymity of each respondent was maintained by assigning unique identifiers on the questionnaire and sample specimens.
