: The Ethical Committee of the Faculty of Dentistry, Minia University, Egypt, assessed the research protocol of the present study and approved it (reference number 360/2019). The clinical procedures were registered at clinical trial.gov identifier NCT04279041, posted on 20/2/2020, and last edited on 25/2/2021. The study protocol followed the guidelines provided by the World Medical Association’s Declaration of Helsinki on Ethical Principles for Medical Research. The procedures and the possible discomforts or risks versus benefits were explained to the subjects and their parents/guardians, and informed consent was obtained before the initiation of the investigation.
