: Ethics approval was obtained from the Research Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Dentistry Ain Shams University (Reference number: FDASU-Rec EM112308). The need for informed consent was deemed unnecessary by the ethics committee of the Faculty of Dentistry, Ain Shams University according to national regulations since the extracted molars were collected from anonymous patients who consented to the use of their extracted teeth for research purposes.
