: The study was conducted according to the guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki. The ethical approval was obtained from The Research Ethic Committee at Faculty of Dentistry, King Abdul Aziz University with an assigned ethical approval number 037-02-22. The consent was obtained to participate in the current study from all the participants. For minors (younger than 16 years), the consent to participate in the current study was obtained from the parents or legal guardians. To ensure confidentiality, participants information was anonymized, and responses were recorded in an Excel spreadsheet.
