: The study was approved at the Ethics Committee of Tehran University of Medical Sciences and Iranian Registry of Clinical Trials (IRCT) web site (05/11/2021) with registry trial codes of IR.TUMS.DENTISTRY.REC.1400.128 and IRCT20211022052841N1 respectively. Each participant provided written informed consent after receiving detailed verbal and written information about the study design.
