: This study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Dentistry at Mansoura University (Approval number A0108023DM). All procedures conducted in this study adhered to the relevant guidelines and regulations outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. The extracted incisors and canines, used in this study, were obtained for therapeutic purposes unrelated to the research and were collected with prior informed consent from healthy individuals receiving dental treatment at the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department Clinic, Faculty of Dentistry, Mansoura University. The patients voluntarily donated their extracted teeth to the Faculty for use in scientific research.
