: The Golestan University of Medical Sciences Ethics Committee (Ref number: IR.GOUMS.REC. 1402.406) approved the study conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and Standard Guidelines. Proper written informed consent was obtained from all Clinical Department Heads of Gorgan School of Dentistry of Golestan University of Medical Sciences. All the results were later informed to the dean of Gorgan school of Dentistry so that they could evaluate their practice.
