Ethical approval was not required as data of the participants were based on encrypted summary data of electronic health records of children and adolescents attended public health sector in Helsinki. Therefore, the data holder is the Department of the Health and Social Services of the City of Helsinki in Finland. Research permission for this study was approved by the City of Helsinki. Decision registration number is HEL-2022-002976 T 130201. This was a register-based study using anonymized data, in which individuals could not be identified.
