: The extraction of dental follicle tissues was approved by Jinan University's Ethical Committee (ethical approval number: JNUKY-2023-0110) and the methods were carried out in accordance with the approved guidelines. All the patients have been informed and signed informed consent before the experiments. For participants under the age of 16, we have obtained informed consent from their parents or legal guardians. All work was performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki (1964).
