: This study has been performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. The ethical clearance was obtained from Institutional Review Board (No 548/CMHS IRB/2023) from University of Rwanda. In addition, the permission to conduct the study were received from all studies cite. The informed written consents were given to all participants before data correction. To get informed consent, we provided adequate information to participants through information sheet to the nature and processes involved in the study, the reason for the study, and the intended outcomes. We ensured participants comprehended the provided information before signing the consent form. Then, participants who agreed to participate in our study voluntarily signed the consent form. The confidentiality of patients was observed by using an anonymous questionnaire.
