: The research has been conducted in full accordance with the ethical principles set out in the Declaration of Helsinki. The study was started after receiving the ethics committee report (Gazi University Faculty of Dentistry Clinical Research Ethics Committee approval report numbered 2020.24/6). Extracted human teeth were used in this study. Extracted teeth were used after verbal consent was obtained from the participants, and there were no participants who could not give consent.
