: This study was performed on extracted human teeth obtained for reasons unrelated to this research. According to national regulations, the use of anonymized extracted teeth does not require informed consent. This study was ethically approved by the Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry Clinical Research Ethics Committee, Ankara, Turkey (Approval No: 04/01-2023). All the experiments using the human tissue samples were conducted in accordance with the “Ethical Principles for Medical Research Involving Human Subjects” based on Helsinki declaration of the World Medical Association.This retrospective study was approved by the Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry Clinical Research Ethics Committee (Approval No: 04/01-2023).
