: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Scientific Research, Faculty of Dentistry, Cairo University (Approval No. 5-7-22), and the Institutional Review Board of the National Cancer Institute, Cairo University, Egypt (Approval No. 2301-407-0013). All procedures were conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments. We confirm that the purpose and procedures of the study were explained to the legal guardians, and written consent was obtained from them after the inclusion criteria were met. Additionally, children capable of comprehension received an age-appropriate explanation of the procedures, and verbal assent was obtained prior to examination.
