: All experimental protocols were approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Guilan University of Medical Sciences. All methods were carried out in accordance with the ethical principles and the national norms and standards for conducting medical research in Iran. The ethics approval code is IR.GUMS.REC.1402.526. As the study was retrospective and involved analysis of anonymized archived CBCT scans without direct patient involvement or additional radiation exposure, the requirement for informed consent was formally waived by the Ethics Committee, in accordance with national ethical guidelines.
