: This retrospective study was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the Declaration of Helsinki. According to the Regulation on Clinical Researches on Humans published by the Turkish Ministry of Health (Official Gazette No. 28617, April 13, 2013), retrospective studies using anonymized clinical records without additional intervention do not require ethics committee approval. Therefore, the present study was exempt from formal ethics committee review. Informed consent was obtained from all patients for treatment and for the use of anonymized data for academic purposes.
