: This study was approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University (Approval No. HREC-DCU 2023-092). The study analyzed data obtained from a school-based oral health program collaboratively conducted with the participating school. Prior to the program, parents or legal guardians provided consent for their children to participate in these routine health activities. All data were collected as part of the school’s routine health activities, and the school authorities granted permission to use these anonymized data for research purposes. Consequently, the ethics committee approved the study and formally waived the requirement for additional individual informed consent for this retrospective data analysis. Data access and management strictly complied with institutional ethical guidelines.
