: This retrospective study was approved by the Clinical Research Ethics Committee of Bolu Abant Izzet Baysal University (Decision No. 2023/112). Permission to access and use the archived CBCT records was obtained from the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Dentistry, Health Sciences University. All procedures involving human derived data were performed in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the Declaration of Helsinki, where applicable.As this was a retrospective study based on archived imaging records, no intervention was made in patient diagnosis or treatment. All patient data were anonymized prior to analysis, and no personal identifiers were disclosed. Therefore, the requirement for informed consent was waived by the Clinical Research Ethics Committee of Bolu Abant Izzet Baysal University.
