: This clinical study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and adheres to the TREND statement for non-randomized intervention studies. The study was registered at ClinicalTrials.gov (Identifier: NCT06840730, 2025-02-21). Ethical approval was obtained from the Hacettepe University Clinical Research Ethics Committee (GA-23004) and the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (23-AKD-130). A non-treatment control group was not included due to the ethical obligation to treat patients experiencing pain. Informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study.
