: The ethical approval was obtained from the Clinical Research Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Dentistry, Istanbul University (Reference No: 2020/39–484). The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and relevant national regulations. Extracted human teeth used in this in vitro study were collected anonymously after obtaining informed consent from the patients and/or their legal guardians for their use in research. No personal data were recorded. The teeth were extracted for routine therapeutic reasons independent of the present study.
