Ethics approval and consent to participate: Ethical approval for this in vitro study was obtained from the Local Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Dentistry, Dicle University (Protocol No: 2025-83). Extracted human teeth used in this study were collected for clinical reasons unrelated to the present research. All specimens were anonymized prior to use, and no identifiable personal data were included. The study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. As the study involved only anonymized extracted teeth and did not include human participants directly, informed consent to participate was not required.
