Additionally, approval (2024–9110-28139) was obtained from the Ethical Review Committee at the Aga Khan University before initiating the study and registered at clinicaltrials.gov under the identifier NCT06567730.Written informed consent was obtained from all participants. In accordance with institutional ethics guidelines, participants younger than 18 years were considered minors, therefore, assent was obtained from the child and written informed consent was obtained from their parents or legal guardians. This procedure was also applied to participants younger than 16 years.
