: The CT dataset used for three-dimensional reconstruction and finite element modeling was retrospectively retrieved from the archives of Shariati Hospital (Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran). No additional imaging procedures were performed for the purposes of this study, and the patient was not exposed to any additional radiation. Furthermore, all identifying information was removed from the imaging records before analysis to ensure patient anonymity and confidentiality. As this study was based solely on the retrospective use of anonymized archival imaging data and did not involve direct patient participation, clinical intervention, or collection of additional patient information, obtaining informed consent was not considered necessary according to the approval granted by the Ethics Committee of Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences. The study protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences (IR.AJUMS.REC.1400.420).
