Extracted human teeth, removed for therapeutic reasons unrelated to this research, were obtained with informed consent from patients receiving dental treatment at Ankara Medipol University Faculty of Dentistry. Patients willingly allowed the use of these teeth for research purposes. The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of Ankara Medipol University (approval no: E-85859696-604.01.01-1652; approval date: 02/17/2026).
