: This study proposal was submitted to the Ethics Review Committee of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Colombo, and approval was obtained (ERC No: EC 22–122). All methods were carried out in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Participation in this study was completely voluntary and anonymous. After explaining the objective of the study and procedures (audio recording), written informed consent was obtained from parents and caregivers of the FGDs and key informants before data collection.
