Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study protocol was approved by the Clinical Research Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Dentistry, Ankara University, Ankara, Türkiye (Approval No. 36290600/26/2021; 17 March 2021), and the study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. The CBCT data used for finite element model construction were retrospectively retrieved from the institutional archive and had been acquired previously for routine diagnostic purposes; therefore, no additional radiographic exposure was performed for this study. Written informed consent had been obtained from the patient before radiographic examination, including consent for the anonymised use of clinical and radiographic data for scientific research.
