Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This research has obtained ethical approval from the Medical Research and Ethics Committee (MREC), Ministry of Health Malaysia. (NMRR 18–2986-44164). The researcher has also obtained a written permission from the original author of each study instrument used in this study. Participants were advised on issues obtained from this study that might affect their health and they were informed that they could withdraw from the study at any point. Participation of both caregivers and care-receivers in this study is voluntary. All participants have signed an informed signed consent.
