Ethics approval and consent to participate

: Cardiff University School of Medicine REC and East of England – Essex Research Ethics Committee approved the project (Ref 17/EE/0513).Written informed consent was taken from participants at the start of both consensus days, following provision and explanation of study information sheets. Consent to the Delphi Survey was indicated by each participant at the start of the questionnaire. At the end of the questionnaire there was a brief description about the second round of the survey. Participants were asked to indicate if they wished to receive the questionnaire and to give the details needed (i.e. postal or email address).
