: The research team adhered to the ethical principles for undertaking medical research laid down in the Declaration of Helsinki and adopted by the World Medical Association. A study protocol was submitted to the University Institute of Nursing and Health Research Governance Filter Committee for ethical approval. Approval was granted on the 9th August 2017. Informed consent was given in writing prior to the interview and recorded for the Skype and telephone interviews.
