: According to the Dutch Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act, this study is exempt from approval by a research ethics committee in the Netherlands because it did not involve patients, family caregivers, interventions or burdening procedures []. This study was performed in accordance with the ethical principles for medical research involving human subjects as laid down in the Declaration of Helsinki. Participants were informed about the study and aims, and verbal informed consent was obtained from all participants before the start of the interview. The individual’s identity has been protected by using codes to anonymise the data of the participants. Data was stored in conformity with the European General Data Protection Regulation.
