Local ethical approval is required at each study centre and will be obtained in line with recruitment and preparation of study centres.Subproject 2 was approved by the Local Research Ethics Committee of Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich (reference number 19–864). The findings of this study will be submitted to peer-reviewed journals and will be presented at relevant national and international meetings.
