: The standards of the Declaration of Helsinki were followed during each step of the study [CitationRef removed]<i>.</i> The Ethical Committee of North Ostrobothnia’s Hospital District was consulted before data collection, they stated that formal approval was not needed for this study. It was not needed since, according to the Finnish law, a statement is not required when the study does not intervene with participants’ integrity [CitationRef removed]<i>.</i> Participation in the study was voluntary and an informed consent was obtained from all participants, each student responded that they had read the information letter of the research and agreed to participate in the study by answering to a question of this issue. All research material was coded with numbers, not with the personal details of the students to reassure the confidentiality for the participants.
