: All methods were carried out in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki [CitationRef removed]. The Norwegian Centre for Research Data (reference number 935944) and the local data protection officers/ethical board at the two hospitals approved the study (reference number 19/21909 and 21/10389). Both NSD and the local protection officers has the authority to assess whether ethical principles have been safeguarded in projects that do not fall under the Health Research Act. Since study participants are healthcare professionals, and the project does not collect data about health and illness the project did not required permission from a regional committee for research ethics. The project meets all necessary ethical requirements and guidelines. All participants were informed verbally and written that their participation was voluntary, that anonymity and confidentiality would be safeguarded and that they could withdraw at any time without giving any reason. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to the focus group interviews.
