: The Swedish Ethical Review Authority, Regional Ethics Committee in Stockholm, Department of other research, (2022-03769-02) approved the study. Ethical considerations followed the research ethical rules presented in the Declaration of Helsinki [CitationRef removed]. TS interviewed the participants after making personal contact; no further personal contact was made after the interviews. All the RNs who participated received written and verbal information about the study. All RNs signed informed consent and received information that participation was voluntarily and that they could terminate participation without giving a reason. Once all the interviews had been completed, they were transcribed verbatim and stored according to good research practice and ethical principles [CitationRef removed]. Quotes were translated as accurately as possible.
