Ethical considerations followed the research ethical rules presented in the Declaration of Helsinki [CitationRef removed]. TS interviewed the participants after making personal contact; no further personal contact was made after the interviews. All the RNs who participated received written and verbal information about the study. All RNs signed informed consent and received information that participation was voluntarily and that they could terminate participation without giving a reason.
