: The study was approved on February 25, 2020 by the Ethics Committee of Hannover Medical School (8892_BO_S_2020) and the appointed data protection officer of Hannover Medical School. All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. Prior to accessing the anonymous Delphi survey, experts were informed that the survey data would be treated anonymously and in accordance with data protection guidelines. Informed consent was obtained from all subjects. Experts had to tick a box in the online form to indicate whether they agreed to participation and data processing. To thank participants for taking part in all survey rounds, the study team invited them to voluntarily enter a random draw for gift vouchers. The contact data for the lottery (i.e., email addresses) were collected separately and could not be linked to the survey data.
: The manuscript does not include any potentially identifiable participant data.
