Ethical approval was obtained from the Heath Research and Ethics Committee (HREC) from Lagos University Teaching Hospital Idi-Araba (ADM/DSCST/HREC/APP/5246). A verbal Informed consent, with all risks clearly stated was developed and attached to the protocol. For participants below 18 years of age, Informed consent was received from the parent / guardian staying with the participants.
