The PCOC program has been approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) of the University of Wollongong (2021/ETH00988). This study was based on a secondary analysis of PCOC data and an exemption from ethics review was approved by the Human Ethics office at the University of Western Australia (RA/4/20/6280).
