: The University of Dundee School of Health Sciences Ethical Committee approved the study in September 2020. All participants received both written and oral information about the aim of the study. They were informed about the voluntary nature of participation, that the interviews would be recorded, and that results would be presented at group level so that individual participants would not be possible to identify.
