: An ethical approval was obtained from the ethical review board of the University of Gondar, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Institute of Public Health (Ref. No: IPH/2882/2024). An ethical approval was also obtained from city government of AAHB (A/A/H/202/8/227), the Institution Research Ethics Review Committee (IRERC) of SPHMMC. Then, a copy of the ethical clearance letter was submitted to the selected public hospitals in Addis Ababa. All eligible study participants were asked for their written informed consent to participate in the study. After obtaining their consent, the objective and purpose of the study was explained to them. Confidentiality was assured by ensuring anonymity of names or any personal identity. Also, the participants were assured that there would be no exposition of data at the individual level. Furthermore, participants were informed that participation in this study is voluntary and that they can withdraw at any time without any preconditions.
